Problems after ascendancy change

Hello,

I just did an ascendancy change with my lich. I changed it into infernalist. After this change my game crashed and my my sound did a loud whistliing sound. I had to restart my soundbar. And my new infernalist cannot by played. If i want to start him, i will stuck in a permanent loading screen.
