Stuck on loading screen after intro video. Cant even log in!!!

Problem in the title. PS5. After the intro video, i just see the red smoke, grinding gears, the BGM is playing, but the log in screen never appears. Infinte loading. I cant even access settings or anything, as those things dont even start to appear! Tried waiting for long time to no avail. Also tried uninstalling the game, doing all the checks clearing cache and rebuilding database. Nothing. GGG whats the issue here?

I tried both over wi-fi (2.4 and 5 hz) and over LAN, the result was the same - eternal download. As a result, this is how I solved my problem yesterday.

I have created a wireless network access point on my phone. I connected the console to it, and lo and behold, it booted up to the character creation menu.
Then, without leaving the game, I reconnected to wi-fi (5 Hz). As a result, there were no departures during the 4 hours of the game, and I didn't notice any lags either.
