Map boss atlas

Hi, I did a map boss lvl 80 got 2 points from boss atlas but later learned that i should start with lvl 79 to get the first points, doing it a did not get points, doing a lvl 81 did also not give me points, my boss atlas is at 2 points with maps lvl 79,80,81 done solo or even with party as leader.

Map tried:
lvl 14+ 1 irradiated - no points
lvl 15 - no points
lvl 15+irradiated - 2 points ---> first map that i have done.
lvl 16+ irradiated - no points
