Adrenaline rush notable doesnt work

Hello,

adrenaline rush is supposed to give movement speed and attack speed after killing enemy.
However in only grants movement speed and not attack speed.
( tooltip after kill updates for movement speed, but attack speed remains the same )

So either it doesnt update the tooltip or it doesnt work.

This skill still not increase attack speed. 6 months passed but still no fix...
