Tower did not influenced the only map available.

Yesterday I was trying to get my 8/10 Points on the Map Boss Atlas Tree (area 82), finally got a + 1 to area lvl cleansed. Cleared all the maps in the area of the tower so the only map available was the Cleansed one. but even then the Tower did not influenced it with the boss tablets I put in. (I put 2 Tablets btw).
