Queen of the Forest & Slows

I heard in 0.1, Queen of the Forest prevented the player to get slowed by effects such as temporal chains, chilled ground, and hinder aura due to "Other Modifiers to Movement Speed Do Not Apply" on the body armour. I feel the slows are being applied while wearing this chest in the current 0.2 patch.

Not 100% if this is a bug or the information I heard back in 0.1 was false. I didn't get a chance to wear the item myself in 0.1.
