Not quite sure what happened, maybe it was a monster on the map that gave me an invisible debuff? i.e. no icon

But I was also walking around with any enemies near me and my Ice Strike attack speed was really slow, and I as I said, it was not an Temporal Chains map.

It fixed itself later, but I have no idea why.
