Mana never reaching max and rapidly dropping after remanant.

Good day... or night.

I come to you this time with a strange issue.
The issue is on my character "Chadaura" On the league "dawn of the hunt" for Path of exile 2.

For some reason my mana don't wanna get above my max mana minus 6.

Any idea how to fix it?

After some extra testing it seem the issue is related to the ascendancy node "Necromantic conduit" from the Lich.

Is it intended?
