trial of sekhemas Bug

Im haveing issues accessing trial of sekhemas i have completed act 2 on normal and cruel mode i dont have the green djinn barya anymore and when i try to teleport to someone it says i dont have the required quest state i have the quest ascent to power which tells me to return to the ardura caravan and speak to zarka i have tried everything i can think of to get access to it and nothing has worked ive tryed to rekill the boss on both normal and cruel mode it hasnt dropped again ive talked to all the npcs i can and nothing
