Mighty Silverfist does TOO MUCH DAMAGE

Why does one of his attacks totally 1 shot with zero indicator? There is nearly zero windup for the attack, no red flash or noise, yet it can casually one shot a 2k hp warrior with 65% armor? That is just blatantly silly and unfair. How do these outliers exist still?
