Dead Eye attributes not working correctly on Wind Serpent fur and Infernal cry

Ongoing Issues with Infernal Cry and Wind Serpent’s Fury

Good afternoon,

I'm experiencing recurring issues with the Infernal Cry and Wind Serpent’s Fury skill gems. Despite meeting all the required attributes and levels, both skills intermittently stop working. The only temporary fix seems to be recreating the skill gem, but even then, they stop functioning again after a few minutes.

This issue is specific to these two skills, and it's especially frustrating when I’ve invested in a 5-socket item, only for the functionality to break. I'm not sure what’s causing the problem, but I’d really appreciate any guidance or support in resolving it.

Edit: I found a solution for the skills to work, remove Rhoa skill gem and everything will work.
