Mouse scroll wheel scroll distance in "public parties" UI screen barely moves

In every other screen and in previous versions of the game, the mouse scroll would...um scroll...an approriate distance.

In current patch, only in public parties screen, mouse scroll wheel scrolls as if there are 100 million lines to scroll through. Meaning, I have to scroll the wheel 10 times for it to move a quarter of an inch.

Maybe its just me. /shrug
