The bird boss in Temple of Chaos killed me when his corpse landed on me after I had killed him.

I can't remember the name of the boss, but it's the bird boss in Temple of Chaos. I killed it. Then as I was walking away it's corpse landed on me and one shot me from 8k hp/es straight to dead.
