Skill's windows not loafinding with Conductivity

Hello,

I Have some issues with skill "Conductivity" :

- skill detail's window : not loading
- Impossible to assign skill to the skill bar

Detail :
When i try to open the skill detail's window, i have 2 type of behavior :

1:conductivity window: "The information is currently unavailable" and all sub category shown but empty (exept 1 : evasion)
The bottom part "used with weapoon set" is different tahn usual, there are 4 "counter" with 2 buttons each: "+" and "-"

2: some other times the window of the next skill is shown in place of the Conductivity one.
