Delirium Tablets drops

I'm starting to think I'm missing something here, so figured I'd ask.
How do you get Delirium Tablets to drop? I got the one from the "quest" at the start and that's it. Must have run 20 mirrors at this point and added different emotions to bunch of non-mirror maps. Zero tablet drops. Do I need the 300 shards to upgrade this or something first? At map lvl 10 now, but did most of this probably 5 - 8. Edit: Should have asked earlier :) Got one now, first mob after mirror on a lvl 10 map. So nothing different from earlier runs. take the Atalss passive which increases tablets drop chance and you will find em pretty reliably.
Also I am not 100% sure but i think you get Deli tablets only from deli monsters, if you run "Natural Delirium fog", not the one which you get via enchanting the waystone. PoE nowadays looks more and more like a fork server with tons of custom weird experimental stuff rather than original game with carefully thought out balance brough live to players. There only seem to be one node adding 30% to drops and that's it.
And I got plenty of the others, only delirium that's empty |
