Loading screen bug

Keep getting stuck in loading screen on ps5, needing to close the whole game.

My character in Dawn of the Hunt league is also permanently stuck on the loading screen in Chimeral Wetlands for 2 hours now, Xbox Series X. My other two standard league characters load fine. I'm level 45 and thought about deleting the character and starting over, but it's a waste to start over if this problem happens again, so I submitted a ticket. I would like to finish that character's build.

Same problem here. Tried TP to Chimeral wetlands to help a friend and got stucked on the loading screen. Tried everything from my side. Including reinstalling the game. This is so frustrating.
