Can't get the last Boss Atlas Points

I've done the quest boss for the extra 2 points so I had 8 points total. I ran a t16 map with +2 and a boss on it but I didn't get the last two points.

The last 2 points are from killing the Arbiter of ash

If the arbiter of ash is the boss in the center of the labyrinth that requires the three keys then I've killed him. I already stated that I did as well.
