Charm Quality Salvage

I just salvaged a 12%quality stone charm.. it gave me glassblower baubles.
I cant use glassblower baubles to upgrade my charms, just flasks.
Please let charm quality be upgradable if its salvagable?

-if i had known i would have kept my salvaged charm.

Ya this isn't great. I hope with the charm pass they do they will either introduce a new crafting material to increase charm quality or let us use the baubles to increase charm quality
