Wisps are not rewarding at all

This is all the loot i picked up in this map. As you can see it had 100 quant and 170 rarity and 7 wisps. In addition i have 80 rarity on gear. Im fully invested into wisps on the atlas and im using the omens aswell. I make sure not to kill the rares before they are possesed. With the omen and atlas points quite a bit of rares end up being possessed by multiple wisps and even then this is how the loot looks like. I hope something is bugged here, cuz if its not... The vision might be impaired. Dernière édition par matioss123#3517, le 17 avr. 2025 à 07:05:10 Dernier bump le 17 avr. 2025 à 09:53:42

Everything you do in life requires a "WHY" and as it stands POE2 doesnt have one.
I am not at the level you play but have noticed an enormous change. It is as if the dev stealth nerfed all drops and stats surrounding drops because this is a recurring theme. Look up what a Skinner Box is on the web. Lots of video games leverage Skinner Box "operant conditioning" mechanics to train us like rats to expext rewards for a repeat activity. GGG has the "skinner box" dialed to 100 |

i swear to jebus that light radius is on EVERY rare that dropped for me.

I don't even know what the purpose of the Wisp is. It's a dumbed down, lack luster, unrewarding version of the Abyss mechanic.
Abyss, at least while you were chasing the moving object, monsters were spawning, and at the end there was unique rewards. GGG needs to quit re-imagining existing POE1 mechanics and making them worse in every way. |
