Interaction between Plasma Blast and Concoct support gem

Hello,

I don't think it's intented but with the support gem Concoct, it consume Life flask charges twice.

- When i reload (With Load Plasma Blast)
- When i shot (With plasma Blast)

Normaly, Plasma blast shot has no cost, only the reload has cost.
For me, Concoct should be consume Life flask charges only when i reload not at the shot too.

NB : It's the same result with Ambrosia support gem with the Mana flask
