Spires of Deshar Is Too Hard

If you are already struggling with the area and you activate the 'Sisters of Garukhan' shrine which you probably will do if you are a normal person and are just trying to clear acts, then, you end up basically doubling the amount of enemies in the area, and it can take an already frustrating experience and make it abjectly miserable.
