Temper Weapon Quality - Gone after respeccing back into it.

I remember using gemcutter's prisms on Temper Weapon the first time I tried it out, and the added speed made it bearable. However, after not using it for a while, I decided to spec back into it, and noticed the quality is no longer there. I am not able to use gemcutters on it either. Not sure if the speed is there, but just not showing up on the tooltip, or if it's not there and no longer able to be applied.

I can not apply GCP to Temper Weapon skill gem - or am I missing something?

Other problem with Temper weapon refers to Weapon sets. TW can not be assigned to specific weapon set.
Even if the same weapon is assigned to both sets, it has to be tempered on each.

You never could use GCP to improve the quality of ascendancy skills. You can check some ways to do that I recently listed in this thread. It seems a false memory is involved on TS’s part.
