Vile Vultures in Act 2

They should either be fast, or tanky. Not both.

Additionally, they should not have the leap slam that they do. Not only does it have an incredibly short cooldown so they can spam it over and over to keep up with you while you're kiting, kiting actually puts you in more danger because they punish you with their leap every time you try to get away from them.

If there are multiple Vile Vultures in a pack, too, the problem grows exponentially more dangerous because they can basically tag team you forever and there's nothing you can do about it except hope you can tank the hits in melee range and they die before you do.

Their leap slam either needs like a 30 second cooldown so you only see it once in a single engagement and rare Vile Vultures can only use it once in a while, or, it needs to just be reworked entirely.

I personally hated Affliction league because of the primal beasts in the Wildwood that would just leap slam you out of nowhere and often there was just nothing you could do about it, but it's a significantly bigger problem in POE2 when everything does way more damage to you and our mitigation both in terms of movement but also damage resistances are lower.

Like, we're encouraged to be rolling out of danger, right? When facing Vile Vultures, you're just putting yourself into danger because rolling then gives them enough space to try to leap slam you again, and then you take a hit.

dunno if its just me but these things go invincible and invisible all the time. i see them on the side of all the towers and go huh yeah great cant wait for this... they hop up, go invisible, then appear right beside me for a basically guaranteed hit. they also always show up after everything else is cleared so now its special attention and time waste for these annoying fucking birds
