where are all the citadels?

Too less citadels around.

I have completed 40/40 atlas, and I only seen 3-4 citadel max. And it mostly only dropped ONE fragment even with high waystones% and tower buff.

How to even do arbiter?

Too boring.

Movespeed slow.
Maps too big.
Loots too boring.
Citadal too hard to find.

Basically everything is SLOW, this is ARPG. Dont try to be like other games please. People play ARPG for a reason.
