INT to DEX Synergy (Accuracy pointless for INT) issue

Mixed Attributes are fun and interesting to build finding synergies and complements but to find that DEX Accuracy has NO INTERACTION whatsoever with Spells is bad design.

INT STR gets the Life and Thresholds from STR and Mana (that can also be defensive) from INT.

STR DEX gets (again) Life and Thresholds from STR and Accuracy for more (secured) damage from DEX.

These both can lean into one attribute but still have some benefits from the other. BUT...

INT DEX only benefits in the way of main-ing Dex Attack weapons with INT Mana for Spell synergies. INT adding DEX has one less benefit (the other being unlocking Evasion) by not being able to have use for Accuracy.

Its a discouragement and frankly a cheat to build something in that direction.

IDEAS:

All damage has minimum and maximum damage ranges-- for example Solar Orb has: [Deals 134 to 202 Fire Damage]. It would atleast add a complement if Accuracy affects an increased chance of having Spell damage to reach maximum damage for consistent higher DPS. Its up to Devs if it should only apply to Spells or for everything as well.

Another alternative would be to have it affect a limited increase in Lucky effects on Spells. Maybe something like 0-20% max chance of spells being lucky. Atleast adds more possible damage.
