King of the Mist Spirit Item Gone

I died at the same time I killed the boss and all the loot despawned, even the exclusive item that increases your spirit.

Try killing him again. If you're in Act 4, he won't give you spirit. |

The same issue just occurred on a different boss, the loot despawns if you die at the same time as the boss
|
