Screen flickering when in town.

Anyone else having your skills change pictures mid fight in Xbox. Or the screen flickering every time your in town. I had a seizure last time this happened please fix it.

The flickering is an anti-alias issue I see it all the tine on my tv whenever particles are high which is always so i'm 24/7 flickering when mapping. It's so transparent & slight but I see it none the less.
