Skeletal Storm Mages deal NO damage if they attack at max range and there's only one target.

This is super frustrating, especially on bosses. If the Storm Mages attack from their max range, they don't deal damage if there's only one target.

It does seem to work if there is another target that the beam can chain to.

They also sometimes try to shoot through terrain and walls, doing no damage.
