In current State of the Game, what does Arcanist's Etcher do?

before 0.2 they used to quality up spirit implicit on sceptres and nothing to Wands & Staves.
now in 0.2 they no longer quality implicit spirit on sceptres, but also nothing to Wands & Staves. maybe i haven't seen AE effect yet. so what its the current use of AEs ? Dernier bump le 26 avr. 2025 à 13:36:34

Adds quality to the skills granted by those items, not sure if all those skills get improvements from quality though. haven't used caster armaments in a while.

You can see quality bonus in the wand/staff skill's tooltip in gem panel, same as any other gem.

They only effect the skill that is granted by the wand/staff/scepter. Open the advanced page and it shows you
