Stuck On Map Load Screen (PS5)

My game is stuck on the Riverside map load screen. It did not load the map and just shows the load screen. I tried to restart the game several times and when I log on to my character it still shows the same load screen. My game seems to be bricked now.

Happens the same to me, I'm stuck on Humidity of the Quimeras, the map starts loading and gets stuck there.

Seems similar to https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3750021 which hasn’t gotten a response. Folks there including me have been locked out of our characters:(. I’m sure I’m being super annoying but I’m just curious what we can expect from bug reports like this which seem really impactful. The other thread has been open for >1 wk.
