Enemies "IGNITED" by Herald of Ash not triggering Volcanic Eruption

Looks like herald of ash explosion is burning the enemies (you can see the dmg and the fire animation on then) but is not applying an ignite. So no volcanic eruption proc.

The enemies don’t get the debuff either on their health bar when they’re ignited. Also seems it doesn’t add stacks to cast on ignite so there’s definitely something wrong with it.
