Shield skills feedback

Somthing that has been annoying when it comes to combos is cool downs. I would specifically like to see disengage's interaction with shield charge to flow better. Like if you do a combo of parry+disengage+shield charge you can simulously do the skills togther before he go on coold down. As of now if you do parry+disengage shield charge goes on cool down and you lose momentum. I feel if they really allow you do be agressive with stuns and interruptions with shields would maor3 fun against hords. Right now doing a melee skill directly into a shield charge at close range effectively acts like a power shield bash that feels really satisfying. I also believe they really need to make the raise shield bash actually matter. While it is fun to do it completely unless becuase it does not effectively do anything to stop charging mobs. The higher the level goes the worst the skill feels. I think there is balance to be had with damage out put but if they really want engaging combat i really think they need to give me guarteed out comes for certain skills. Like imagine how frustrating it would be if dodge roll had a chance to fail even with a charge, right now that's how it feels to use shields. I Like the idea of chain combo cool downs instead of individual skill cool downs. They could make a timing you have to have to pull of combos. In the end I just feel like there is not enough incentve to do combo is a fluid way to make it viable in a tradtion ARPG environment
