problem with NPC Alva

Good morning, I have a problem or bug with the npc "Alva", since I am in the endgame and it still does not enable the "object exchange" tab, an essential tab to continue the progress of the game, I want to know what I can do about it.

PoE 2 Bug Reports:
https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-forum/2214 Are you in SSF? This is enabled during character creation and you may have clicked it by mistake. SSF players do not have access to the exchange, but there is an option to migrate your characters to trade if you did it by accident. |
