[Minion] Amount of allocated skeleton warriors updates wrongly

I posted a videoclip bellow.

Sometimes the only way to respawn the total available amount of skeletons warriors is to go to skill menu and modify the amount to zero and then back to the max allowed within my spirit amount.

Let me describe:

I can have 4 skeleton warriors rn.

But after playing sometime I realize that only 2 are being respawned, the other 2 never come back.

The only way to make them return is to set the amount to 0 and then going to 4 again. Weird behavior, and it can happen mid bossfight or with big amount of monsters aswell.

The way I play minions with this character is to use Unearth to remove HP from my skeleton warriors, and then blow them up with arsonist's command.

Another thing to note is that if I put support gem minions live after getting 0 hp they lose the red glow telling players that they can be blown up.

I like the interaction, it is not overpower early on at least and it encourages minion life and position management. Just fix the red glow on this pls.

In Image 1 you can see that I have 2max skeleton warriors even though in the skill menu I reserved 4.

In Image 2 you can see that somehow I can only summon 2 skeleton warriors, even though I changed nothing on my gear or skill. It simply updated.

In Image 3, I only removed the scepter and put it back again. Now I can summon 4 skeleton warriors again.

It also happened during boss fights and sometimes the limit is 3 max skeleton warriors.
