Can’t select any reforge bench

Whether I am at my hideout or my friends hideout or any other place, I can’t select the reforge bench. I can see it but I can’t select it.

The name isn’t hovering over it like other items for me.

I tried to replace it in my hideout and what was very weird was that the reforge bench wasn’t even in the options to select and place down.

I really wanna reforge! Please help.pe
