TRIAL OF SEKHMAS LOCKED OUT

i cant get there by any means ive done the quest in act 2 and act 5 to drop the item, once i dropped my item on the ground in act 2 i didnt go to the trial of sekahmas now im locked out no matter what i do i cant get it to drop me a green quest version of the djinn baryas and the quest state alkways just tells to talk to zarka but i cant talk to zarka nothing happens. unable to get there any means even the desert map.

I see a few of these posts and have to ask why would you drop the trial token on the ground and not expect to be screwed out of the trial knowing the token is needed for the trial?
