Not getting Atlas points

As per the tile, I'm not gaining Atlas points.

Have you beaten the corrupted stronghold yet then?

I also fully cleared a corrupted nexus with the keystone requirements, but no corrupted mobs appeared (as did on other corrupted maps) and no boss. just the rares, magic and simple mobs. so I didn't get the book also...

I'm also not getting atlas points. I defeated the boss and he did not drop a book for me. This is for my first T1 Cataclysm's Wake quest. Can you please advise? The quest appears stuck and toggles the status of the quest if I teleport in/out of the completed map. It still says "Discover the radiating source of Corruption" while in the completed map but when teleported to hideout it says "travel to the corrupted Nexus" instead.

I also am missing atlas points, I recently got to end game( and the description of what to do to get atlas points is frankly terrible, I had to look online to figure it out and saw that you need to complete a corrupted area with a map with at least 4 mods but the quest log just says complete a corrupted nexus so which one of these is true? And why doesn’t the game explain you need a 4 mod map if it’s what is actually needed?please make the quest text very specific on what you want me to do)
I went to a corrupted area and cleared the nexus by killing the boss that appeared after I killed the last rare, at this point doryani appeared and I got the drop for the 2 atlas points. I then moved to another corrupted area and to the nexus( this one had a boss icon on the map above the node so it was a boss map, I completed the map as I did the first time but nothing appeared after killing the last rare! I then killed the area boss and nothing happened but say map completed. I had done a yellow tier 2 map with 4 modifiers( which online information tells me you need to complete a map with at least 4 modifiers why doesn’t the game tell me this it just says in the show quest section of the atlas ‘’complete a tier2+ corrupted nexus” so I’ve done both of these parameters!)
I didn’t get any atlas points yet the area is now white and cleansed instead of red and corrupted.
I don’t understand what the game wants me to do as it’s not explained clearly, and if I have done this correctly( as I have if the online information I described above is correct) then where do I get my atlas points?
Please investigate and retroactively apply the atlas points as these aren’t easy to come by, at least in the earlier league you just had to complete a certain amount of each tier maps and you didn’t need to try and path to find a corrupted area that could be a long way from you.

I'm beginning to wonder if it's a bug with any corrupted nexus that has a Boss that does not drop any atlas points. I'm on PC and I agree with the Xbox user that is having the same issue as me.

I stopped getting atlas points... stuck at 30/40 and the quest is gone.
Have killed two corrupted nexus bosses and gotten nothing.

The first time it happens is when I started a strong box next to the spawning corrupted nexus boss. Killed the boss but Doryani never came to extract the boss and the quest is gone.

After that I tried to get atlas points from another map with another corrupted nexus boss and get nothing for it.

Please look into this.
