Does anyone know what I can do to improve performance?

I've been playing and my FPS drop is very large and worse on large maps.
I've tried lossless scaling and FPS limiters, but none of them work. I don't know what the problem could be anymore.

stats pc

rx580 8gb
16gb ram 3200 hr
m-2 500gb
ryzen 5 5600g


Needless to say, I have lowered the game resources to have better fps and they have 80 or 90 fps but when I start playing on maps they drop to 10

I have seen some posts that say if you turn off the in-game chat channels you will see in improvement.

I saw someone in global say to turn sound onto the lowest settings, or off entirely even. I tried swapping to the lowest settings, and my spikes stopped

I've seen this recommended a lot, and it seems to improve performance for a lot of people. Also try turning reverb off in the sound settings.

Guys, thanks for helping me, but unfortunately nothing has worked for me. Unfortunately, I will have to stop playing until it is better optimized.
