Rare Mobs & Chests - ZERO Loot

Oh look, there's a Rare chest...proceeds to open the chest...no loot, no coin wtf...oh look, a rare mob...proceeds to skill mob...no loot, no coin wtf.

Yup, and that's happened more than once. Come on GGG, rare mobs and chests need some kind of drop rate boost. TIA
