PlayStation friend request problem bug

you will go to load into a map or into the chaos trial the game will go to load map then sit there indefinitely wont finish loading into are you have same issue when you take a portal to another area same issue will occur I have had this happen non stop we need a patch to come out for this fix the game is unplayable at time because of this matter I have been on the same loading screen for 5 mins now and nothin closed game 5 times and nothing so please help resolve this matter thanks
