Can we have 1 fixed reward Greater Jeweler in Endgame?

Not sure where, not sure how.
but it would be nice to have some way to get our first greater jeweler in endgame guaranteed.

maybe first nexus? or a quest for a certain thing.

It's a bit rough getting to T10+ maps and still having the same old basic 3-socket abilities (yes, having a 4th socket is gamechanging)
