unique upgrade

I would love to see a way for uniques to lvl up. It is very frustrating to get a unique that you want at low level and not be able to use it for very long.

If GGG want to make 99% of unique items utterly unusable garbage they need to rename them "collectables". Technically that's all they are. I figured in POE 2 GGG would make unique items much rarer but usable/build enabling.

Diablo 2 had it. You could upgrade lower level unique items base's
Still the same item and effects. just better base attack damage.

Let's you make many more unique builds without handicapping or forcing us into cookie cutter builds.

Last Epoch might suck but the 'legendary' potential mechanic is amazing for unique items, they should just straight up yoink that idea. It would skyrocket build diversity
