Game Crashes Constantly on PS5

After the new patch the game has been consistently crashing on the ps5. I didn't have one crash previously. It happens either when I'm initially loading a character or when I'm using the portal to go back to town.

The crashes when I initially load a character happen no matter where I'm at in the game. These crashes are inconsistent.

The crashes when using the portal only started after I entered Act 2 and reached Deshar. These happen everytime I use the portal back to town now.
