Why is there a default loot filter?!

You've gone through all this effort to make loot drops meaningful but the 2 options you've given us for showing loot are:

Show ALL items ALL the time by pressing Z

Or

Show SOME items TEMPORARILY


SHowing loot temporarily is genuinly a great change, but not if it never shows some of the things you want to see in the first place.


It also instantly hides things that your custom loot filter has set to show?!
