Terracotta Solider Spectre 10 spirit form

So I heard about this was interested in trying it. However when I go to the zones mentioned and try to find one, I find a 90 spirit version and a 60 spirit version... These minions are VERY bad at that spirit cost.

As such, I have not be able to find the 10 spirit cost version, it seems like it was supposed to be the spawned versions (Like the chest you open and the whole room animates). But when I click Bind Spectre, nothing pops up.

Were these minions removed from the game because of their cost?

Haven't seen any official message of it being removed but I have also been looking for these over the past several days with no luck. Totally cleared Lost City three times and not a single Terracotta Soldier inside could be turned to Spectre.

Got a Terracota for 10 Spirit today at The Lost City level 26
