Unusable 4th Jewelry Slot appears

Level 29 Titan, with colossal capacity.

A 4th jewelry slot has appeared in my inventory, with the faint outline of a ring, so a 3rd ring slot. In the same location but opposite the amulet slot. I cant use it. Is this a bug or something I don't know about.

Character called NippyTIme if the devs want to check.

Got the same thing. Might be a glitch. Did you choose the Titan Ascendency class?
