Early Access Discussion - Why is Support so bad? I`m considering a refund because of this... - Forum

I saw there are A LOT of people with account issues or MTX transfer requests (because of the sub-accounts bs), me included. If you have created the unnecessarily problem of the sub-account stuff, which surely encumbers the Support team a lot, at least bring some more people in. You can afford it. Now you just risk loosing a bunch of players, like myself, because of this. I like the game, but this... it drives me crazy. I wonder how is Blizzard doing it with the Steam version of their game.. You really trying to bring up blizzard and steam? Not mention in a comment about customer service but honestly what exactly are you trying to make a complaint about? The lack of your MTX being in the game ATM? Or some account issue and what is the account issue if so? I got the sauce. POE2 enjoyer. I can't tell you to not be angry, no matter how insane I think it is, hope you get your MTX but will push patience. I got the sauce. POE2 enjoyer.
