Issues posting items for trade

Have had this issue since dawn of the hunt came out, never had issues using the trading website before. Am i missing something, like a setting, or something stupid? Yes, I do know how to post items for sale, its literally not getting the prompt in game in the premium tabs to post an item for trade on the trade website. Help?
