Need help with Locus Mines Ranger

I'm currently doing some pre-planning since Phrecia is ending in 2 weeks or so. I've built a Locus Mines Power Siphon Whisperer based on this build which I use for running Heists and T16 mapping.

My main dilemma at the moment is if my build is still okay once we migrate to Settlers.

My plan is to use the Deadeye ascendancy. For notables I plan to get Avidity, Ricochet, Endless Munitions, and Far Shot. I wasn't sure if Gathering Winds is worth it.

I'll be using the same passive plan and gear setup.
