In the Advanced Info UI for a skill, controller input no longer scrolls properly

the slightest touch of right stick goes all the way to the other end of the UI and you can't actually scroll to see the information provided in the middle if it's longer than 2 screens. i've had the issue both on pc via geforce now and on xbox SX.

bump hoping this gets fixed in the upcoming patch
